Dharma is walking in harmony with our authentic self, no longer being at the cause and effect of the tides of karma, good or bad. When we rise with the beauty of our authentic self, the shackles of karma fall away. Now we are co-creating and walking with our spirit self in truth. This is the place where polarity and duality weave into neutrality, where empowerment is discovered, and we know who we are and what we are doing here in this human experience. When we find this sweet spot where the pendulum is vibrating in the middle, we are receiving a direct line to our higher self. We feel safe to be vulnerable again and lead with our heart. Knowing that we hold the power, the magic and the beauty, all of life becomes a play, a reflection to help us navigate the lessons we agreed to learn. What helps us maintain our course along the way is remembering sacred principles, like as above and so below, as within so without, the power of sacred geometry, and how to tap into the cosmos for infinite creation. We are here to have a human experience of feeling. We express and relate in so many ways through all of our senses, that our perspectives are numerous. Each of us must work our way through the puzzles that our senses relay and that lay before us in our individual ‘Fool’s Journey’ . Age, material assets and status do not matter, only what you have learned, and how you connect with this reality, truly makes a difference. The Hermetic principles are a great guide to understanding basic laws. Especially right now at this linear point in time, in this month and year of February, 2026. The principles of Cause and Effect, and Polarity are a good place to begin. These laws depict what we would define as karmic cycles. Our chakras hold all our blueprints of programs, patterns, and inherited ancestral behaviours. Karma can be resolved by healing and resolving the distortions we find encoded in the mirrors of our chakras. This is the place to start to look at what is being reflected back to us in our world. Current life or the many Akashic experiences past, present and future will illuminate where the entanglement lies, and how it is also recorded in our cells. Karma can only be resolved and transformed in the reality it was created. That is why our chakras hold the key or codes for our energy bodies. The chakras, one through seven, reveal what patterns or shadows keep us locked in until we take responsibility to clear, or ‘pay’ the debt of, karma. The trapped energies may be from our ancestors' actions and current families. The cycles will keep repeating until our death in this life and into the next human experience, if we do not reconcile them. A great measure to really know where you are at is to check the chakra you are completing on each birthday. Notice how well you did on healing those pieces related to the chakra and if the karma has been repaid and complete. You will know instantly if a pattern has stopped repeating, if a behaviour has changed, and possibly a relationship has taken on a new and harmonious light. Each chakra is related to a different area of life and perspective, and its mirrors will work throughout the year to provide opportunities to correct distorted and broken patterns that no longer serve. It is important to know which chakra you are recycling through now, and which you will be contending with on your next birthday. Awareness is the key, and knowing what tools can be used will set us up for success. Having chakras read and the seals reset may be a good start, but the effects can be powerful and overwhelming if you are not ready. Reiki or Qi Gong are another tool to help master the language of understanding energy and to read our chakra mirrors. They are gentle and effective tools to use at any time. Tips to begin with your Reiki Tool: Reiki Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol - Invoke it if you have level 2 Reiki and start to connect to the Akashic records. Crown Chakra - Imagine the flow of golden light in through the crown and out of the tips of your toes. Open-heart connection - Touch the centre of your chest with your thumbs, keeping them in a prayer mudra. Ask the Buddhas of the Diamond and Womb world to be with you. Create Trust - Working with your spirit through the heart, 2nd chakra (womb), and 6th chakra (third-eye, intuition), allows genuine flow between the universe and your spirit. Meditate daily - Any time set aside to meditate, even as little as 10 minutes a day, will bring focus and clarity. Daily Self healing - Use Reiki and connect to the chakra you are recycling through. Community gatherings - participate with like-minded souls to learn and connect more to new aha’s! Take a step - begin with yourself first. When stuck, find a mentor; remember, they are there just to help you remember, not to do the work for you. At this time in the here and now, a new understanding, a knowing that we are not familiar with but somehow our soul knows, is present. This human experience in these cycle(s) perpetuates expansion that humans have not seen before, at least not astrologically, from what can be found or previously reviewed. We know that other experiences, not of this reality, have been dreamt and felt before. There is an instinct or feeling inside us all that knows this. Many are awakening and remembering. Many just feel an alignment, automatically knowing what is the right thing to do. The Soul feels at home, and more at ease now. New feelings of motivation, hope, and clarity will continue to appear. Of course, feelings of fear and holding back are still there, as this still may feel safer to some. If we are honest with ourselves, we will see that our fear is baseless. No one is really judging us now, except ourselves. Our own perspective is the only one that matters, as it’s the one that drives our reality. Check judgement at all levels, and leave it at the door. Learn to dismiss those programs. We will gain clarity and find that the motivation to move forward is not so elusive after all. This year is about taking back our power and holding ourselves true to our soul path. How do we show up authentically? As an elder, I am going to take ownership of this role and do my best to be authentic, alive, and courageous for me, my family, and my community. I will accomplish this by being grounded, walking in harmony with nature, the Earth and my ancestors. That is it. I let go of the programming of false truths, by embracing my inner knowing and being present in life in each second and moment. I will continue to practice being a good image maker and support others, to help them find their true, authentic self. What works for you? Do you have the courage to hear what your soul is saying, and trust what is the truth? It may require significant changes in your life, and potential new territories not yet travelled to or experienced. Are you willing to try them on and see where it takes you? I am. There is never a wrong way, only your own way. As a community, we will be allowing ourselves to connect with our inner knowing on a level that many dare not go. We will explore many new ways to create from the vast knowledge we already have access to. All we must do is trust, learn and take action. We will all be listening for the nuances to get there, and help be a reflection to each other. If we give ourselves some ease and grace, we will find the magic and beauty we’ve been hoping for, and like what we see, feel, and know. Water has memory and can hold those frequencies. Muscle Test - should you ingest a food, drink, or substance? Listen to what your body is saying. Go low into your womb space (2nd Chakra), and connect to your 6th and 4th chakras. Hold the item in question close to your body, face the North and see whether you lean backwards, forward, or remain neutral. Moving forward is a yes, and backward is a no. Another option is to muscle test with your non-dominant arm (i.e., the left arm, if you are right-handed). Hold out your arm while holding the item in question, and see if it stays strong and straight or becomes weak and wants to move downward. If it moves downward, then it is not what your body needs today. Get together in community - participate with like-minded souls. Take a step - begin with yourself first.
