We are all entering this phase now. This is a new reality we've all been asking for and working toward, and it's beginning to be born. This is for everyone - energy practitioners, Reiki, Shamanic, light workers, massage therapists and awakened humans. Grounding - Be more aware and remain grounded. Do you know what grounding feels like in your body? Check in with these steps to confirm: Stand barefoot on the ground. Get outside and into sunlight. Place your attention on your navel or below it. Breathe slowly and intentionally; imagine your breath travels down into the earth. Joyful Activities - Find one simple activity or action to do that brings joy. Be present with it while you are intentionally grounded. It could be as simple as cloud gazing. Gratitude - A term sometimes overused but powerful when you are able to feel it. Be as honest as possible here. If you are not feeling it, find out why! Social Engagement - Get involved in whatever helps you interact and be your natural self, even online. It is better to connect online than to be isolated. Routines - Walk in the morning sun; the first sunlight of the day can give you more energy. Choose a regular bedtime and stick to it to train your body for proper rest. Carve out some personal time, even just 5 or 10 minutes every day, especially if you are a working parent with demanding timelines. Try one of these, all of them, or create your own. As a Taurus Sun, Moon, and Capricorn rising, the past years have been incredibly life-changing for me. As I review the last 7, 18, 30, and 47 years of my history, I see how much knowledge and insight I have gained, written in the stars and reflected in my unique design. I have always been interested in astrology, but I never really immersed myself until these past six years. At this moment, it feels like a doorway is available to open, allowing me to peer into my inner work deeper than I ever have. Also, this attention to the cosmos and the planets has given me a freer sense of where we come from and is leading me to more self-discovery, appreciating myself on a deeper soul level. I am becoming more of an observer of myself on a level that is deeper than I have ever felt in my Shamanic and Reiki experiences. My unique blueprint and design is meant to be known now and I’m ready to work with it on this deeper level. My fascination with quantum physics, mystic philosophy, and the awakening of the sacred knowledge that comes from all my lifetimes, is beginning to open more doorways into other dimensions and parallel realities. Astrology and the energetics of what is happening to me confirm what I felt and knew previously but could never put into words or explanations. I feel this is important to share because every single human who is called on a soul level is also waking up to this. Listening closer to our heart-mind, feeling the freedom and a deeper connection to Gaia, will break us out of the construct of a reality that has kept us obedient to other powers, and imprisoned in a perception of reality that we now have the power and opportunity to change. I feel it and have seen it. Now I’m ready to walk through the doorway to all the new beginnings that await. Each day is a step toward change and listening to my higher self (oversoul). I am committing to being a mirror of change. I am putting more time into studying Astrology, even though I have been working with it off and on for over 30 years. I sense a deeper dive into this knowledge will be helpful at this time. There are marked huge turning points in upcoming astrology alignments and more beauty from the cosmos to be revealed. I will be working on daily improvements to my four pillars. Small changes but long-term habits and rituals to permanently keep in place to remain a fully awake human being. With that comes much gratitude and compassion for all my teachers, mirrors of reflections, tyrants, family, friends, clients, students and associates. Use meditation, a therapist, an energy worker to help support you, if needed. You can change anything at any time - Find one thing that can raise your vibration to reach Joy and love. Getting a pet may be a good place to start. They provide mirror reflections for what may be needed, like patience, kindness, unconditional love, etc. Honour and give thanks to the elements and four directions each morning.
