Terms and Cancellations

All appointments are to be paid in full before your session. There will be no credits issued for a no-show. If you need to reschedule please advise me 24 hours prior.  Prices include GST.

These sessions are required to be prepaid by Credit Card. Alternatively, payment can be made via e-transfer if you are living in Canada. If an e-transfer is your preferred method of payment please contact me directly if you wish to use an E-transfer, at carell@kilifestyle.ca with your preferred time and day and I will set your appointment manually, and/or I can forward a new calendar link to view your options for timing.
