May - 5D is A Door to the Soul with Reiki Healing
Reiki is pure love, nothing else. Love does not have an ego; it has compassion, acceptance, care, and beauty. It is raw and honest. All of this is inside each of us, and available to access each day. As we emerge through the release and letting go of ego, shadow, conflict and chaos, the FEELING of the watcher is steadily providing pure love. The only piece that may be missing for many is the acceptance of our capacity for creative change. We possess the alchemist's power to co-create a world of beauty in love!
This is the right time to explore and truly grasp your soul's purpose. Do it on your own, with your family, or with your community; whatever speaks to you. Age and stage of life do not matter; there is no limit on connecting to your soul's purpose. The younger generation could go a long way if encouraged to explore and discover the 5d reality and find their soul purpose.
No one taught the generations of the past, myself included, to feel consciousness and identify our soul's purpose. We were continually told what to think, say, and do, and that was considered normal. We were programmed by a reality that is now definitely in the past. Feeling was not acceptable, nor recognized as an intelligence. Any Empaths can tell you, it was confusing and, at times, destructive not to be taught how to understand feelings. Learning about energy and the emotions that accompany it is 5D; it is and does create and hold love.
Be open to the possibility that we are in a 5D energy, that we are making a new reality and moving into this golden age of opportunity. If everything is energy, then we can change it when we have the right intent. Energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be changed from one form to another, which is a fundamental principle in physics.
I invite you to open your mind to a space of creativity, where you can observe and explore through feeling, without fear or the need to judge. Each day offers a new opportunity to practice, and even as we sleep, in the dreamtime. It is easy to take a break from the perception of 3D and 4D realities. Look for, and feel the synchronicities with sacred geometry or numbers. It is all right in front of us, and has been all this time. We are now awake in the 5D. Reiki energy work and/or Qi Gong, along with an understanding of these practices, are a perfect alignment for this era. Top Five Ways to FEEL Your Guidance and Get Closer to a Loving World
Is it getting louder? Here are five strategies to get moving!
- Start journaling or recording what your awareness is telling you about the energy around you. What do you feel?
You may have to stop for a moment. Permit yourself to feel. It may only be a knowing that something feels different, strange or off. Still very valid. Write down and describe it the best that you can. If you start spiralling down a rabbit hole of doom and gloom, this is the perfect time to stop and change the feeling. If that is challenging, then a time-out in nature is warranted - just break or shift the energy! Holding a pet or looking at a picture of nature can break the monotony of negativity. - Forgiveness - Move into a forgiveness stage and refrain from taking on the world's issues; change begins with forgiving oneself first. Try H’opnopono practice. - Intention of creation with love - Pull out any lost dreams or desires that motivate you, that evoke your true nature. Move away from comparing yourself to anyone or anything.
- Being in the FEELing of 5D reality - Conscious connection with a feeling begins at the heart chakra. When we identify what is holding us back, we can discern our life purpose. However, if this remains a challenge, then it may require more in-depth work to remove the illusions of being blocked, stuck, or lost.
