A Glimpse into the Future
This is the opportunity to really look at our choices and start to mold our future. We will get glimpses as to what this will look like! Ride the wave and hold on to your hat!

What is before us now … an emotion, a feeling, a huge ‘tower moment’ of chaos disturbing the tonal world? Hold steady and keep on track - do not get distracted! Use this month to get to know what has been attracted and is abundantly waiting at our feet.
We may know immediately if a response, decision, or change is required at the moment. Yet sometimes, until we are faced with an impending event or trauma, we really won’t realize what’s coming our way, or understand what’s at our feet. It may surprise us and stop us in our tracks.
If this happens, it may not feel like the universe is helping us. But it is assisting in ways that our humanness can manage, so we can also navigate whatever is thrown at us in our own space and time. We are given free will to choose and find our way to do so. If we can be aware enough to follow synchronicities and clues the universe leaves for us, we can move in flow and without resistance. We can follow through with what works best for us at the time and do so with beauty, ease, and grace.
So, what is stopping any of us from moving in the direction of our best life? Why are we unable to let go of the life raft? Clinging to what we know feels safe is often a response of fear, guilt, shame, or powerlessness. We often stay in patterns of the familiar out of a lack of trust that the universe has something better in store for us. This can beat our spirit down until it does not feel like it will survive or be able to revive itself and keep going. This is how SOUL FATIGUE can happen.
Soul Fatigue can overcome us when we feel like giving up and just taking the easy way out. This is a clue for us to stop, reassess and course correct. Soul Fatigue will set in if we keep letting ourselves hit the wall. It takes a lot of energy to keep beating up on ourselves or going against others whose values do not align with us. We think it’s easier to resist the work to move beyond the chaos, but we are just expending more energy bracing ourselves against disharmony. Whether it is fear, anger, anxiety, rejection, betrayal, etc., we must figure out the root cause of these feelings. Knowing where they stem from can go a long way toward creating new perspectives and new realities. This is the first step towards healing and letting go of old stories or habits that have always been there but went unnoticed. Don’t waste a golden opportunity, that may be disguised as hopelessness, to grow and evolve. We must be willing to trust the universe and believe. If we can find our flow in every challenge, our path will light up and our souls will thrive.
Top Five Ways to Move into Flow
- STOP! Do something different to change the mind chatter or loop you are in. Give yourself space. This is very important; you will not hear your inner guidance if you madly keep moving to find a result.
- Document or recapitulate the events that have recently passed.
- Have a Reiki session or another self-healing practice that you resonate with. Meditate, but only if it provides relief of change. If your brain is still going over the same loop of negativity, then this is not the time to learn meditation.
- Let the feeling in and then use breath to let it go, or cut away from the story. Get out in nature and do this as an added feature.
- Reach out for help if this is not dissipating. This may be a group healing or one-on-one with a practitioner or therapist. Talk to a good friend or partner.
