Reclaiming Freedom & Control

This past year has been difficult. There were a lot of restrictions placed upon us that colored how we think and feel. There is a prevailing sense of loss especially in regards to decision making in our lives. The truth is that the only aspect of your life that you can control is your own “self”. So, with that in mind, let’s look towards 2021 and focus on regaining control over your thoughts, actions and emotions. There is a new and vibrant energy coming in 2021 that will promote creativity, abundance and new possibilities. 
   
This energy is discussed in this week’s Vlog and Carell stresses that 2021 will be a time of opportunity. The opportunities and abundance are contingent upon releasing the negative and old way of thinking and being. You may not know how to do this, but an important first step is to experience the emotion deeply, live through it and then release it. Feelings like hopelessness, depression, hatred and anger are low vibrating energies that do not serve your well being. So, release them. Forgive yourself, if needed, forget about the past, or at least put it in a place that you can live with and progress. 
 
Once dealt with, you can move on to a place of neutrality. It is important to get to this place as the next step is higher vibrating emotions such as love, happiness, kindness, acceptance and positivity. Once positivity has become an integral part of your dynamic, you will be able to see all of the abundance surrounding you and truly begin to heal. You will be more successful than you thought possible, although it is important to recognize that success and abundance are not always financially based. It is more about your “self”, for you become successful by becoming free of the negativity.  

A great way to gain control over your “self” is to improve your immunity. A healthy body allows you to then focus on your mental health. You can improve your immunity by eating healthy foods, taking vitamins, drinking more clean water, increasing physical activity and allowing your body to rest. You can improve your mental health by meditating, releasing thoughts or emotions that are of no value to you, getting a healing or looking into your Akashic records. These records are your past lives, and if there was a trauma that was not healed, it can be brought forth into this lifetime. Likewise, a lifetime with knowledge, beauty and wisdom can be realized and accessed as well to improve this lifetime.
