Being awakened to the realm of consciousness, in combination with feeling, manifests our reality. Consciousness is thought that creates form, and feelings give vibrational energy to the form. This is why thoughts become things. What we mentalize will show up in the body's senses. Our thoughts evoke feelings that affect our consciousness to create things and situations. There is no judgement between the negative low vibrational feeling and the high vibrational feeling. The law of the principle in the quantum field does not decide what is “good” or “bad” for us; we do. The more awake we become, the more we see this play out in our everyday interactions with consciousness and our ‘feeling’ energy. 


What arises from within manifests through our nature and naturalness, which we observe and perceive on the outside. This is why we must focus on our energy and feelings from the inner medicine wheel. We are a constant and continuous flow of energy. The clues are given but often are ignored, even the good ones. Maintaining high energy requires a constant check-in of a response or trigger to this energy within the body.  It becomes much easier to catch and flow with it when we understand what that feels like rather than resisting or blocking.  We get to experience more of the great magical stuff we hunger for. 


Sometimes, even our beliefs, habits, and other vibrations overthrow our actions, and we freeze and stay in a loop of repetitive cycles that feel like an eternity of doom. Taking control of this within ourselves offers a resolve, a sense of freedom, and love for oneself. It allows us to free-flow by creating beauty and love.


Question:  What is mine to do? 

The answer we receive is simply to “do it”!


Top Five Ways to FEEL Your Guidance and Get Closer to Feeling and Acceptance


We are human, and with that comes feelings. Do we even have the vocabulary to know what we are sensing, pinpoint it, or source the original one hidden or masked by other feelings?  

  1. Awake and aware - A sudden change in our experience could launch a hidden emotion or feeling. A great way to source it out is by sharing stories with your bestie who supports you, a therapist or an energy practitioner who does energy coaching. A daily journal to sum up and recapitulate your day. Note anything different or new from the experience and describe the feeling.
  2. Sorting - jot down your top three feelings that have been difficult to resolve. Don’t focus on your story; focus on the feeling from the emotion you experienced. Note the interaction between the mind and the body sensations.
  3. Observation: Do you realize how often the same feeling occurs? Write and document your awareness and put it in your daily journal or mental awareness.  What happens in your body when you allow yourself to feel? These are key factors in the approach you need to take to work with the feeling: moving the body, therapy, massage, and energy medicine. Have you found something to calm or let go of a feeling that makes you ill versus having gratitude for one that brings joy, love and freedom?
  4. Ritual or Ceremony - This is a fantastic way to be more honest about our feelings or emotions and a wonderful way to create a sacred container for you to go within, especially with your meditation practice. It is like taking a magnifying glass and getting closer to solving the piece that is uncomfortable or hidden deeper than we typically look just before we go about our day.
  5. Body awareness - Subtle body communication occurs when your senses pick up on a sound, vibration, sight or touch. We can’t pick up on these signals if our body is unhealthy, toxic, or slammed with negative thought forms from ourselves or others. Clarity on our feelings can only occur when we are willing to let go, flow and allow. This takes tenacity and practice, but it is so worth it. If you are a beginner, keep going after the top 4, and you will soon be able to relate to the feelings and emotions affecting your inner medicine wheel.
