Preparing to leap into the unknown is always a daunting task, but this December has many energies lending new insights, ideas, and creativity. The most important question here is, “Are we ready to leap?” When the urge to take decisive action is upon us, have we been listening to our higher knowing, self-guidance, and intuition? Or are we accessing the knowledge that is here for everyone to use? The right timing is present, revealing new opportunities now. We may be finding that what was being asked of us previously has changed; it had to, to prepare us for the next part of our journey. We are connected to everything, and everything is connected to us. This entanglement that is, and has always been there, somehow also has a divine order. I hear the call, I hear the whispers in the ethers. Like a cat readying itself to pounce and leap, with intention, skill, and precision, to hit the mark. If we have been listening and preparing for this next leg of the journey, then what has been so close to our hearts may now be turning into the transformation we have asked for. There will be no returning to the old/familiar. The call for each of us is for deep trust in ourselves, the Universe, God, Spirit and the Creator. When 2026 arrives, transformational portals will begin at zero once again. Those desires and changes that meant so much in previous years will no longer be there. Fortunately, we have tools, maps or blueprints to follow, especially when it comes to the shadows of our unfinished personal healing, or entanglements with others. Much of this turmoil has been working itself through. We are, however, still going to experience a massive destruction phase before the structural pieces are recreated and moved into the new. Many are not ready to leap and, sadly, have not prepared. We have all come here for different journeys and different experiences in this human form. Our perceptions of reality, and what that may look like, are also unique to each of us. The planets, stars and our environments are the energies that still guide, tutor, and support this life journey. I will be preparing and going deep into myself to access the new pieces that are mine to do this month, and for the first couple of months of 2026. Part of this journey will be to access the ancestral teachings from all my lifetimes of shining and beauty, and to utilize the tools and practices I have learned along the way, to gain deeper access than ever before. I will blend these learnings into community sharing and shine the light on a path that has long been forgotten. The Earth, the plants, and the animals will also be teaching and guiding, as they speak louder than ever before. Reiki is part of this journey for me, but, looking beyond the human ideas, rules, and laws we impose on ourselves and others, it is also being asked to transcend them. The ancient energy from the past has lain dormant long enough. It wishes to arise and be seen in a new way, with a new light.  There has been an awakening, and some enlightenment that I am still learning from. As I observe and take in this transformational energy, I see a whole new world beginning. I see opportunities to experience this time we have dreamt ourselves into, here and now, in a different way than most are accustomed to. I am grateful for the immense dreaming and dedication that so many souls are bringing forward to pioneer this new reality. It may not even be fully realized for another 100 years, but our soul knows. It is our true nature, and it is time to leap into the unknown and start again. Tips for Preparing to LEAP: Invoke Reiki - Turn on the intuitive switch that allows you to connect to a deep inner knowing . Morning ritual - Create time and space to experience the energy of the day. Open-heart connection: Touch the centre of your chest with your thumbs, keeping them in a prayer mudra . Ask the Buddhas of the Diamond and Womb world to be with you. Surrender - Open up to receive with no attachment (magic happens). Hand Mudra - Palms are open and face up to receive information and energy. Calm the mind - Listen to your breath or a continuous noise - no thought. Meditate - Reiki II and Master level do the Morning Star meditation. Go into a place of gratitude, acknowledge that you do the best you can with what you have, and where you are, and move into your day. This will keep you connected to your intentions, purpose and the golden light energy. Hydrate well - Water contains natural electrolytes, but to enhance its vibration and healing frequency, infuse your water with Reiki symbols and other prayers and intentions. Water has memory and can hold those frequencies. Muscle Test - Should you ingest a food, drink, or substance? Listen to what your body is saying. Go low into your womb space (2nd Chakra), and connect to your 6th and 4th chakras. Hold the item in question close to your body, face the North and see whether you lean backwards, forward, or remain neutral. Moving forward is a yes, and backward is a no. Another option is to muscle test with your arm, use the non-dominant arm (i.e. left arm if you are right handed). Hold out your arm while holding the item in question, and see if it stays strong and straight or becomes weak and wants to move downward. Reiki and Alignment in the Fifth Dimension Are we already in the 5D? The weirdness is that those who have been awakening and doing the inner work are having difficulty staying in it 24/7. Symptoms that indicate this shift may be that people we once knew have vanished from our lives, ringing in the ears, déjà vu, time distortion, digestive issues, dreams that feel real, and physical pain that comes and goes. There is nothing wrong with us, although our programs lead us to feel this way. We keep trying to validate this from our outside world, especially when the medical world says we are fine. We are vibrating at a new frequency, and our body is catching up. This is something our soul already knows. Trusting our inner knowing will help us through the transition. The constant flow back and forth between realities creates confusion, doubt, and heaviness. Unreleased, outdated belief systems prevent us and our awareness from unfolding into being present, grounded, and centred. They hamper our ability to remain in this resonance. We have been given a beautiful gift by Dr. Usui — a superior and protective way to connect on deeper levels of consciousness. Why do we not trust and rely on our Reiki teachings to know we can be in this new fifth dimension with the tool of Reiki? Quite simply, follow our inner trust, resolve karmic actions, and create a continual flow of love with Reiki for ourselves, for clients, family and friends. It is intended for our own healing first, and to ensure we are continuously giving to our energy field, transforming/transmuting karmic energies that no longer serve us. Reiki is pure LOVE; it is the energy of the fifth dimension. The more we experience this, the more we let go of the shadow cast by what we experience in the outside world. When we get too far ahead of ourselves, we get pulled back to the basic concept of what it is to be a Reiki Master. What it is to be “of service” - finding our way through how our body communicates, being the watcher of what we bear witness to. Ultimately, the reflection we see is meant to help us understand, identify the gifts, and create change within ourselves. Ask yourself , do I feel my world has changed significantly since a year ago? The universe is constantly reflecting to us; all we need to do is quiet the noise and listen. Remove distractions and start to feel the energy. Reiki offers clarity, resilience, compassion, and love exactly where we need it most. Tips for aligning with the Fifth Dimension: Invoke Reiki - upon waking each day. Use the Cho-ku-Rei and Dai-ko-myo symbols. With your hands placed on your heart, speak aloud, “I am in the 5D experience all day. I am love, I am light, I am timeless, I am limitless, I am home, I observe, witness and create my world. I am love, I am compassion.” Feel this as a truth, not an affirmation or hope. Energy flow. Breathe and move the energy down to the one-point (Tan Tien). Energy and prayers. Send to others and to yourself. Open-heart connection. Do a review of what you have learned, where you fell short, and what needs more work to stay in the 5D. Our inner knowing, which guides us through the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual, should be in balance by day's end. Celebrate the 5D experiences that you recognized in your day.
