Who We Are
Waves of Ki Energy Work is owned and operated by Becky Nakamura. Becky has made it her mission to help others using the skills she has learned. She is able to use "ki" the Life Force Energy to aid her in this mission. Using either Reiki, Sound Therapy, Raindrop Therapy and her knowledge of the bodies anatomy she is able to tune into a person and help locate and alleviate pain, stress, tension, anxiety, as well as help the body to heal both physically and mentally.

Reiki
Healing using "Ki" the universal life for energy. Helps with Relaxation, Anxiety, Stress, Health Issues, Pain Management and so much more.
Raindrop Therapy
Using Essential Oils this massage technique is great for helping the body to relax, fight illness, inflammation in the body and relieves stress and tension.
Crystal Singing Bowls
The healing frequencies help relax, tune the chakras, and start the healing process. It aids in reducing stress, anxiety and depression, and increasing joy, confidence and sense of purpose.
Becky Nakamura
For as long as I can remember, I have always felt a pull towards the health care sector. I knew that my passion was to help people heal and to be of service to others. Despite the many detours that I took, working in the corporate world for 9 years and then in the public practice field for 16 years, I kept coming back to the healthcare field, first in Western medicine and then journeying into the non-traditional medical modalities.
In 2017, I began my own personal journey. I knew I needed to begin with self-healing, so I started with Reiki. From there I was able to really tune into what it was that I wanted from this next phase of my life. I knew it was time to follow what made my soul sing. I continued my self-healing while growing my knowledge in the holistic medicine field. During the year following my decision to focus on my passion, I completed my Reiki Practitioner Program and am a Registered Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association, completed the Raindrop Therapy course, as well as the Sound Therapy Training Course with Luminous Tones out of Victoria BC. Finally, I feel like my soul is doing what is has been called to do.
This journey has not always been the easiest road, but it has lead me to what I am most passionate about, helping other to feel their best, to heal, and to share the knowledge and wisdom that has been shared with me.
